From Parking Garage to Adaptive Entertainment Facility.
In partnership with Swervo Development Corp, re-imagining a historic Armory building from parking garage to cultural nexus. We transformed the space into a 10,000 person multi-level entertainment facility while simultaneously crafting elite Super Bowl hosting programs featuring A-list entertainment.
The project—spanning architectural design, interior design, art direction, and production—breathed new life into the space and was completed in 11 Months. The revitalized venue debuted with a Super Bowl weekend concert series that proved so magnetic it attracted Live Nation as a promotional partner.
